I just cut our hotel bill for Chicago in half by using Hotwire.com to book the hotel. $49 dollars... for a holiday in express.
We all know it is wise to eat breakfast, my tip would be to eat Quaker Oatmeal. You can buy quaker oatmeal at full price and still save at least a dollar per meal. Most of the time you are able to find Quaker Oatmeal or the store brand knock off on sale so the savings is even greater. The biggest benefit is that you can fix the oatmeal packet in a standard coffee cup using the hot water from the coffee maker. Not only are you getting a cheap meal you are also using a (typically free) disposable dish to prepare it in. The perfect meal to eat while your reading your morning emails.
This site is pretty ingenious. They make a compelling argument and I'm a little sad that we didn't come up with this first. I'm pretty sure that neither of you guys has said anything about this before so if you have, disregard, otherwise, check it out.
The new release of Ubuntu lets you install it as an application in windows and boot up with full functionality. You can then remove it from your add/remove applications without worrying about managing partitions, boot sectors, or your windows installation!
